That flexibility allows for direct processing from the lender clients loan origination system through a direct interface with MIS.  If a
direct interface does not meet the needs of a specific lender, use a third party portal service, web based ordering (MISDirect), fax,
e-mail or phone ordering may be chosen. MIS prides itself in that it has the ability to accept, process, send and status orders in any
fashion the customer may choose.

The utilization of paperless processing increases the speed, accuracy and quality of both the end product/service; while enhancing the
customer service supporting the specific product/service.  Our technology provides our lender clients an enhanced experience not found
elsewhere in the industry.  For example, our title curative technology connects MIS processors with a variety of databases that allow
them to quickly and accurately clear title related issues that can slow down the mortgage process.

The paperless process utilizes a proprietary service known as ImageLink.  The ImageLink platform supports the generation of electronic
mortgages and the use of electronic recording, where available.
